The DNA Assembly Mix Ultra allows for the assembly of one ormultiple DNA fragments in a single reaction, with single-fragmentinsertion completed in as little as 5 minutes and a positive rateexceeding 95%.This Mix uses HiFi Taq DNA Ligase, which hashigher fidelity compared to wild-type Taq DNA Ligase, significantlyimproving the success rate of seamless cloning. Additionally, the Mixincludes a transformation enhancer, greatly increasing the number oftransformants. While ensuring high fidelity and transformation efficiencythe DNA Assembly Mix Ultra has optimized its components to enhancestability, making it more stable under high temperature or oxidicconditions.
