High-Accuracy Reverse Transcriptase

The High-Accuracy Reverse Transcriptase is a modified version of M-MLV GIII Reverse Transcriptase that utilizes nucleic acid aptamer technology. It is covalently linked to the M-MLV enzyme and exhibits suppressed activity below 31°C, thereby enhancing the specificity of the enzyme's products. The optimal reaction temperature for this enzyme is 50°C, and it possesses enhanced extension capabilities, making it suitable for synthesizing longer cDNA fragments.
