    M-MLV GIII Reverse Transcriptase is third-generation reverse transcriptase derived through genetic engineering and recombinant technology from the Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) . This enzyme has been modified to eliminate the RNase H activity. Additionally, it exhibits significantly improved thermal stability (optimal reaction temperature:50 °C) . These greatly improve the specificity and length of the synthesized first-strand cDNA, allowing for the synthesis of cDNA fragments up to 12 kb. Moreover, M-MLV GIII Reverse Transcriptase shows enhanced tolerance to RNA secondary structures.
