The main components of Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) are 48 mM Tris, 39 mM glycine and 0.04% SDS. Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) is suitable for Western Blot semi-dry electrophoresis transfer membrane. Pre-mixed with SDS can be applied to large molecular weight proteins or strong hydrophobic proteins.
